How long does it take for my order to get to me? Shipping Policy
Once you place your order, we ship it within 2-3 business days. If you purchase tracked shipping, please allow up to a week for it to get to you (usually comes sooner depending on where you live). If you select no tracking, please allow 2-3 weeks within Canada and a month to the United States.

Can I return my order? Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
My item was damaged, what do I do?
If your item is damaged, please contact us and we will send you a replacement if the product is still in stock. All our scrunchies are handmade by us, so sometimes there may be an error. We do check each one before it gets sent out.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across Canada and the United States. If you are interested in shipping to another country, please contact us.
